Jud & Partner Vermögensverwaltungs AG was founded in 2002 as an independent Swiss financial service provider for private and professional investors and was founded by Rolf Jud, Managing director and primary shareholder. Our investment philosophy is characterized by visionary thinking and innovative action. We are passionate about technological and economic trends and apply our insights into thematic investments for our clients.

In 2008, in response to substantial growth, our business clients were incorporated into the newly founded subsidiary Jud & Partner Structured Products AG. Here we develop and structure tailor-made investment solutions on behalf of professional investors such as asset managers, family offices, banks, funds, and pension funds. We also develop our own range of unique structured products. In doing so, we utilize well-established issuing banks with whom we have been working closely for many years. As a specialist and independent consultant, we accompany our customers throughout the life cycle of their products, from the idea, development and launch to repayment. Thanks to our independence, our only commitment is to our customers.

Our motivated and professional team consists of financial experts whose areas of expertise can be found in private banking, portfolio and fund management, and product engineering. In addition, we can draw on a long-standing and well-established network of portfolio specialists and analysts who professionally complement our in-house expertise.
